The harrowing circumstances in camp Moria and the neighbouring Olive Grove were the motive to found ShowerPower. ShowerPower provides warm and clean showers in a cosy home environment.
It is a place where women and children can feel safe and can take a break from the horrific camp life. Hot tea, fresh fruit and soup are served and there is enough room for the children to play.
Since the start of the project in February 2018, more than 12000 women and children have had a hot shower.
